Through enriching play experiences and hands-on activities, children explore, learn, and thrive. Our approach draws inspiration from several respected educational philosophies: the structured independence of Montessori, the play-based learning principles of Early Childhood Education (ECE), and the creativity and individuality encouraged by the Reggio Emilia method.

About Us
Little Butterflies Daycare was founded by Tracy Foster, turning her lifelong dream into reality after more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education.
Nestled in Creekside Village, Coquitlam, our beautiful 2,400 sq. ft. facility provides a safe, nurturing environment for children from birth to age five. We offer a variety of engaging programs tailored to support each stage of early development.
Our daycare features a private, fully fenced playground surrounded by lush trees and serene landscaping—creating the perfect space for children to explore, play, and grow.

Programs
Although we are having daily scheduled activities, we are also including in our weekly calendar the following components (Children Zumba, Music Therapy session, Montessori elements, baking and cooking classes, language, sports, area field adventure, Science….)

Infant – Toddler Care 0-3
Our Infant-Toddler program is implemented by a set routine, which involves multiple learning stations and challenging activities throughout the day
Infant Program will have 2 naps in the schedule while the toddler will have 1 nap
Pre-School Care 3-5
Our 3-5 program is implemented by a set routine, which involves multiple learning stations and challenging activities throughout the day.
